Just objective feedback. I don't think it's totally crazy for someone offer 32. They're basically offering you slightly above wholesale. I think the dealers would probably offer you slightly less. Wholesale last year for your car would have been 36k.

I think your asking price is very fair, especially given that you say the car is in great condition with almost every option. But supply is high and demand is low and it's a buyer's market. When a buyer who wants exactly your car comes along, they will pay a price that both of you would agree is a fair, I'm sure.
I have a dealer offering 35,700 on trade in. So while I agree wholesale auction prices may be low there's something to be said about that offer and the quality of the car. Not disagreeing with you but 32k isn't retail, so if that's what they have they can buy one at auction with unknown condition and maintenance, at least that's how I feel hahaha cause it's my car of course
