im not saying to have no experience, and you will probably still have to work your way up. but the direction the country is going with most places requiring a degree for most management jobs, whos to say in 5-10 years the place you are at now wouldnt want one.

being older than you, i have several buddies that are now doing night school because they need that degree to get to the next level. At companies where they had worked their way to the top, just to find out that the new corporate direction was to have college grads at the top. Its shitty, but it is what it is.
