My basic features are still working. Which services were not working?
I don't have the product guide on front of me, but I only pay the $150/year RRTI and mobile service (connected drive app).
Are you doing internet and all that other stuff? What year is your car or idrive version. I have a 2014 which also has limited features and is less complex to begin with
