Have always felt I could live in a small european community, semi rural. Housing prices are very reasonable and because you don't really do suburbs over there, it seems more relaxed than here. |
Not sure about your price statement. I built this house ten years ago for $1.1M and could sell it now for at least $1.6M.
Prices for land, especially larger ones like mine, were exploding here. This wont change bc of the fact, that this is a small country and therefore cities and villages stopped zoning land for houses.
