Hi all wise ones! I'm 'considering' moving up to an M6. It's a beautiful blue, with white/grey interior. Looks lovely and I'm pretty excited! I have a question about the CCBs fitted to the car though. I've done a little research and I think they are ok, but I thought I'd show photos of the 'wear dots' on each rotor. I initially thought they were shot, but I think they are ok now. The seller/dealer assures me they are fine, but I know you folks on here are the true experts so... The car has done about 45K miles. If I went for it, it would be going straight to a specialist I know for a thorough check over regardless.
Additionally, the car has apparently 'white dials' at night, which I'm sure must have been coded in? Although fully digital gauges are the norm now (my current 640d has the 6WB), one of the things I'm dead chuffed about is the older gauge cluster (don't laugh!). Should it be orange at night though? Or is the 'white dials at night' an M6 thing?
I've added some pics of the wear dots, and I'd really appreciate any input.
Also, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year :-)
