Ouch! Sorry about your luck man. I rarely trust any shop in Ohio to get it done right. I think Auto Assets in Powell Ohio is the only shop I would trust. (Never taken car there, but looks like a clean shop)

If you take this to any competent tire shop, they should be able to hammer this out. Be ready for a stripped wheel bolt though. I would buy an extra set of studs/bolts in case they strip it off and have it with you (which may be the only way off at this point).
