Lmao I'm sure it was the bulky harness that makes the fitment f nuts and overly tight and difficult... the harness bulk fits into the rear side bottom left area ... hard to explain but this is we're the install crawls as you try to fit the unit deep enough where the install is just flush enough to allow the trim to go back on perfectly.
Once done - set and forget basically... no need to ever go back in and fiddle or mess with this.
