I think BMW uses Betalink adhesive on factory- or dealer-installed ones typically. It's technically possible to remove, but the likelihood of paint damage is high, particularly as these spoilers wrap over the trunk lid edge so that if you use fishing line you'll have no choice but to be sawing it aginst the edge of the trunk.
