The stock M6 wheels are 19mm offset, those wheels sound like they are designed to fit on an M5 or even an M3/M4.

However the M5 suspension is all the same as the M6 so everything should clear even without spacers but you'll really need 20-25mm spacers to make the outer edge line up properly at the rear to be close to stock or 30mm if you want to be more aggressive.

The front is 31mm so they are a little bit further in. Plenty of people run 10-15mm spacers on stock wheels to make them fill out the guards better so perhaps 15mm spacers at the front will be about right.
