10 minutes of idle sounds excessive and won't get oil up to temp much quicker than regular driving. I highly doubt he does it every time too.

I mean come on a $140k car should at least be solid enough the first 50k miles regardless of the warm up .this is an M6 not a corolla where we have to watch the oil temp every time we start the car
