Mid 30s - would that be wholesale?
A cursory search on autotrader shows eight gran coupes under $40k.
Two are under $35k (one has 100k miles, one has accident damage).
The next five are over 60k miles, and/or with accident damage.
The last car is OPs!
I think it's very competitively priced and I think you're right that a dealership would expect to list this at $45k, hence the 37+ trade-in offer.
