That sounds interesting. I used to be a Bisquick guy too, still am on occasion. Still, if you haven't tried the pancakes at Cracker Barrel, you should try 'em. Not sure if there are any around where you live or not though. Previously when I lived on the West coast there weren't any, at least back then. I used to look forward to travel East so I could go to one. Something about the buttery, crispy edges and fluffy center...mmm.
