I have bad OCD for clean wheels so cleaning them twice is becoming a pain.

I think that’s making more work for yourself. Like someone mentioned above, just drive back and forth maybe 4-5x after you clean them. Then take a microfiber towel and have it wet with water/some sort of spray wax and then wipe them off.
