BMW battery date code?
We have a 2012 M6 - purchased this summer from a bmw dealer with 5000 miles on the odometer.
The battery date code is 16 over 12. We are wondering if this is the original battery? Is the year 2012 or 2016? Our M Technician is saying this date code is the 12th week of 2016 and the battery has been replaced.
