Sorry for being negative.
But you have to have a look at the original Concept and the spy photographs to see how the rear door outline works. There is no additional glass on the C-Pillar . The kink forms the whole outline of the rear door. Fix that and it would look stunning.
Also the indicators are of the slim clear kind - similar to the 1er and 3er. The Orange tape is part of the camouflage. Which seems to work....
