I'm done having a manual as a daily...just too lazy and can't be bothered any more. Automatics have come a really long way though; there was a time when they sucked the joy out of the entire driving experience, but new tech has helped fix that to a truly unprecedented degree IMO. I love the different drive modes that completely alter transmission behavior. Just a few years ago, if I were to experience the savagery of my M340i in Sport + vs how benign Comfort mode is blindfolded, I'd swear I was in 2 completely different cars.

Very nice Rocket, one of my favorites from the 70's , and there weren't many, is the '72 T/A, 455 SD, blue with white stripe.
