There are many reports of high mileage M6's, and at least one thread on this board. I bought a 2013 with 28k mikes in March of '18 from a Chicago dealer and so far I've had no problems, I'm now at 40k. <knocking on wood>

Yes, you absolutely should have a PPI done. Locate the dealer and see how far he is from the nearest BMW center or certified indy shop. If they're not willing to take the car in, or let yiu do so, walk away. Don't accept any claims that they did their own inspection, or "their shop" gave it a pass. Pay for your own work. A $350 investment can prevent a $37k mistake.

No, sorry but I don't know anything about this dealer. The one thing I'd do, no matter from whom you buy a car, is to change the oil as soon as feasible. You never know when it was done last, who did it, or whether they used the correct oil.

Good luck!
