Plenty members have this installed. It's basically a remote control for your exhaust's valves. Can be operated from the provided remote or programmed to the garage door opener keys on your car's rear view mirror. Works with your stock exhaust as well as aftermarket EV controlled exhausts. The idea is to give you the ability to open the valves even when the car isn't being driven hard enough for the car to decide they should be opened.
