Which look similar to the original Datsun 240z. That's what they are going for. They are doing the best they can with what they have. I doubt they will build an all new from the ground up platform solely for the Z. Most likely it will be shared with the 370z or the Infiniti Q60.
Also super glad to hear they are using the V6TT from the Q60 Red Sport. The car will likely weigh around 3300 lbs so a 4 cylinder would have been inadequate.
