I sold my Xbox One and Controller with "The Division" for $200 private. I traded my Kinnect into Gamestop for $37.50 last weekend when they had 50% extra trade value. So in the end the One S was around $160. Luckily for me I had $100 gift card from something so out of pocket ended up being $60 for a 2TB.
