Since the purchase of my vehicle I have had few issues with my m6 13 plate now 16000 miles.
Driven it for 4 months.
The oil consumption issue is being investigated. It consumes like a litre at every 300-400 miles which is way too excessive.
My other main concern is as I have just come back from a Europe round robin 1200 miles trip. On the motorways anything above 100 miles the steering starts vibrating. And the shudder is consistent between 104 - 125 miles. Beyond that speed the shudder goes but can feel the vibration travelling through the shaft.
I have had the tracking and balancing done twice but the problem still persists.
What do you think it can be ?
