I have a F12 non comp pack car, and i prefer the non comp pack. i had the 19s on the F12 and its a very smooth ride. i have the 601m wheels as well for the F12 and its still ok. Driving a friend of mine's F13, the F13 it was a harsher ride with the comp pack springs. I did not notice a difference in steering feel to be honest between the two cars, and never cared about the power, as both cars were DME stage 2.

If you are going to leave the car stock and really care about re sale value get the comp pack. if you are going to modify it with wheels, suspension, exhaust, or a tune, go for the car that is a better deal which is usually the non comp pack.
