My car has recently developed a small oil leak around the oil filter housing. After cleaning the area and a careful look it seems to be gasket 5 shown below has failed. This gasket set costs £59 and it looks a DIYable job but now that the newTIS site is closed down at BMW's instruction, I can find no other source for BMW's repair manual unless I pay $30 per hour or an annual $2,500 licence. That kind of pricing is BMW telling us they don't want owners working on their own cars and that just makes me angry. Is there any other source for a repair manual please? Thanks
