Sure. You can probably get in the ball park with eyeballing it. But there's a reason all the pros use a meter to do their calibrations. And I guarantee you that you're not going to get close to what these guys can do using a good meter.
For my Hisense TV, the calibration settings I found had a ton of adjustments just for the white balance.
