I also have a 460 hp 2017 Corvette that I drive the same way. I hate repair bills. (I also have a snarky sense of humor so take the last two posts with a grain of salt)
In all seriousness I do tend to baby the 650 somewhat when it comes to really getting on the gas. Last time I got heavy on the pedal a few months ago, it went into DTM mode and fouled an injector and plug.
