Not for dinner but for tomorrow's Fajitas.
3˝ lbs. Top Round beef roast just out of the oven. Top Round is very lean but can also be very tough if not cook properly.
In the oven @450°F for only 15 minutes on the
convect roast setting then let it sit in the warm oven for another 30 minutes. I basted it with my home made marinade of garlic, olive oil, vinegar, dill and cilantro.
I just tried a small slice...Nom Nom...
