I have a 2013 640i gran coupe- M sport package- not M6. Its time to upgrade the brakes but I don't want to spend $4k on a BBK. I found that I can buy rotors and pads for under $1k, (for the Fronts) but I'd like to replace the calipers to something red preferably from another BMW as my interior is red. Does anyone know if there are any calipers from any other BMW or any other cars that will fit right onto the 640i brake setup? I'm going to get drilled/ slotted rotors and some good pads, but want to upgrade the calipers as well. No need for 4 or 6 piston, just a small upgrade and anything that would be a direct bolt on would be much appreciated for calipers. I'm looking at a CEIKA BBK, but thats still about $1700 just for the fronts, so any help would be appreciated. BTW- id like to stay away from painting the calipers myself and have no down time for powder coating. Thanks in advance!
