Another revealing thing, they didn't really care and left it for ONE WEEK at least knowing there was a prb. OP was vigilant but imagine all those other ATM users who were in a hurry and didn't pay attn, and just put their money away? How much did the bank 'scam' due to this 'error'? Now, see how FAST they would fix this prb if it was the other way around, e.g. the $5 dispenser now shooting out $100s!

They said they shut it down until Brinks came to check it out and said it was all good. Then they re-opened it. Funny thing is, I was waiting in the lobby for them to let me in the branch ( it was closed, only the drive through was open) and a guy came in - I thought he wanted to use the ATM- so I warned him something was wrong. He gave me an attitude. I then realized he was from Brinks and servicing the ATM. I guess he’s the one that fucked up.
