Could be a number of reasons...did you speak with your tuner prior to running the fuel? The tune SHOULD adapt to the added fuel/timing but its always good to double check. Spark plugs - have you changed/gaped them since adding a tune? Misfiring maybe? Weather conditions...Were your test ran with similar DA's?
I personally run boostane on occasion. Going from 93 to 98oct yielded a gain of .30 secs on my 60-130 in similar conditions. Could likely drop another .3/4 secs if running on 100.
