That's awesome! I'm a big fan of pork chops and the Mrs' likes brisket (although she's pretty easy to please, as long as it's not dry and fatty ... she's happy pappy). Knowing about the cobblers is great ... so many times you think they're going to be good they're not, so I generally skip them.
