I'm not. I worked there in high school. Some of the cash these places pull in just after one day is amazing.

It's simple drinkable coffee, not the best but very fine for me

February 2015, a Dunkin franchise group paid me big $ to remove snow and ice off 10 buildings, average sq ft was less than 2k (shoveling fu**ing snow) it was cup cake work just 2 work days with a skeleton crew

1 day not open costs the operators $2500 to $3k in lost profits per location, they signed the contract with a smile

Saturated in this market for sure but all seem very profitable
