First, you need to verify the correct map version your car requires...and you can do that by going into iDrive to see what version of the nav maps you have. It will probably be the
PREMIUM maps (not the NBT/NEXT/or NBT EVO). Once you get the correct map files and a FSC code then you upload them the same way as mentioned in this thread using the USB thumb drive in the data USB port. If you don’t know where this is...then refer back to your owners manual...it will give the location of the data USB port vs one that is for music sharing.
