Lol when it's a good time to buy then its a bad time to sell. You're trying to do both and since you say you bought your M3 when it just came out, I dont think anyone is stupid enough to pay you that much money since you dont wanna lose even 1 grand. Good luck man i say stick with the M3 or buy a POS til you can get a nice car again. With the way things are going in this country I think my next car is gonna be a fun little POS.
