Yes, parts.com sells OEM parts. I can't see why they wouldn't allow you to bring your own parts, as long as you don't try to paint it yourself. Bodyshops are wary of taking on repaints, as the prep and primer etc used can affect the over all finish and longevity. If it's fresh out of the box from BMW, there isn't a concern.
