You can use this site to look for your current wheel & offset.

Ex: style 343: https://www.carsaddiction.com/en/wheels/bmw/style-343

Decide how much more you want the wheels closer to the outer edge of the fender. If you were to purchase spacers, what size would you get for the look that you want.

Then use this calculator

Ex: F06 spec 343 wheels on my vehicle

Front 20x9 et31 + 12MM spacer = et19




Rear 20x10.5 et19 + 15MM spacer = et04




Again this is for an F06. Not sure if F12 has wider fenders




It's best to do your own measurements by putting spacers on your car 1st & see if you like the look or if you will have rubbing issues w/ or w/o passengers.
Suspension height & wheel alignment setting should be considered
