I made changes to the original instructions from the website.

Step 1: Select the link with the file which you are trying to download.

- when the web page loads, login with your Google account

Step 2: Right click on file and select make a copy option.

Step 3: Now navigate to your google drive, My Drive folder and locate the file you want to download

Step 4: Right click on the file and click on download.

Step 5: Now your download will be started without any problem.

Step 6: When you finish downloading, delete the file from your My Drive folder then go to the trash & delete it forever.

Repeat steps above for the 2nd map link.
