Audio: did you remember to set you 8-key as the shortcut to AUX input?
BT: check the settings of the MMI for "use car bluetooth". If that is on your calls will be routed through the car's BT and not the MMI
Camera: did you configure the dip switches in the MMI correctly? Only the first three should be set to the on position.
