Since I cannot modulate the OEM boost solenoids without JB4, my final idea is to add one boost solenoid tee it from the vacuum pump add another tee to the turbos wastegate and finally modulate using Torqbyte through the range of RPM and TMAP sensor value with slight 10ms to 20ms delay so it won't overboost during spool.
So in other words I will add little bump of vacuum to the DME requested vacuum
