I don't think so - I just double checked. I don't want to piss anyone off with copyright, copying info etc but the wording is:

Though initially offered for all three M6 body styles (coupe, convertible and Gran Coupe), the manual transmission option was discontinued for the M6 Gran Cope when the LCI version was introduced.
F06 M6 Gran Coupe: 61 (all pre-LCI)
No mention of Comp Pack at all. Also I think tab in Chicago has an LCI GC 6MT, I think it was one of the first LCI GCs.
