I can answer this question where the F13 M6 (coupe) is concerned.
There have been a total of 4515 M6 Coupes produced globally with only 2093 (1619 + 474 LCI) sent to North America for the entire production from 2012 through present. In the case of Sakhir Orange, there were only 207 copies made, if you happen to be looking for that color. Obviously, that means that there were 2422 copies sent elsewhere globally.
The numbers for 'vert and GC are still TBD as they're in production until (I think...) February. Regretfully I can't answer any more than that, my information comes from a 3rd party (though reliable) source.
