The fact that 20% seems to be the asymptomatic number seems to indicate that the number of folks actually infected is likely much higher than the "confirmed cases", therefore the mortality rate is likely much lower as a percentage than is being reported.

Both are very valid points and i don't disagree. But if people are dying to get back to normal, then why won't they do something as simple as putting on a mask temporarily till it all blows over? Everything has to be an argument on why it violates their constitutional right X, Y or Z. Or an excuse on why the virus doesn't have legs or wings to fly around. Asian countries were able to control the virus as this is not their first rodeo with a pandemic and everyone was in it together.
