Hi all,
I just got my 2013 640i GC less than a month, then today while I was driving, all of a sudden these things happened:
- The favorite buttons are not working, when I press the number it doesn't go to the favorite setting.
- The radio knob won't turn the volume up or down, but the control from the steering wheels are normal.
- When I push the dual climate control sync button, it will light up for 1 or 2 seconds, then it turns off again.
- I've tried to hard reset the Idrive by pushing the radio knob for 30s but nothing happened.


Other than that, everything works and car drives normal.
Does anyone has these experiences before?
