The door panel (#1) appears to be a solid piece. You order it based on the leather options you have. You can get the gist of it by clicking on the link below. You didn't give a model year so I used a preface lift f12 M6. You can always start over and enter the last 7 digits of your VIN...then go back to the diagram:
