Or you can scroll up to QUICK LINKS (at the top of the page) and scroll down to "PICTURES & ALBUMS" ....then create a album/folder of your images.

Or you can scroll down to the area below the message box and click on the "MANAGE ATTACHMENT" tab...where you can upload an image from the device you're on...but there may be size restrictions using this method. So either check or turn your camera's image resolution down to 800x600 or less. If not, the images will be rejected if they are too large.
