The kids used their bikes as weapons, how would the police react if the driver did the same? What about the NYC motorcyclists that chased an SUV on the interstate and then on a side street? They trashed the SUV then rode off. I saw large groups riding four wheelers around my building in downtown Atlanta, they shut down intersections, did wheelies and then rode away. It's the mob mentality and will disperse quickly if police show up.
