It isn't that dumb. The latest update allows it to map rooms. If I can get it to just clean the living room and hallways, I'll be a happy camper. Seems to find its home base ok even though I had to relocate it. I wasn't about to spend $600-$900 on a super smart robo vac until this one proves (or disproves) the viability of a robo vac in our house.
