Maybe Subaru doesn't want their turbo flat 4 in Toyota showrooms. I can respect that, but this car is held back for it.

Spot on. I love NA V8s. And V10s. But they already have well over 450hp and TQ, and don’t need help from FI. A 4 banger has half of that, and none of the sound. And it needs all the help it can get. This car would be a drivers dream with extra 80hp and 60tq.
