I have a 2015 F12. You are correct that MSport is just decorative on an F12. You have only two suspension choices - but only one as a practical matter. All of them have active dampers - shocks that adjust stiffness to bumps. But an option was available called Adaptive Drive. Adaptive Drive added active sway bars - called ARS. There is a motor in the middle of the sway bars that twists them in turns and corners to keep the car flat. The problem is that Adaptive Drive is super rare (in the US anyway). My car has it, and I know of one other F12 on here from Canada that does, but I'd be really surprised if there is a single one for sale in the country with it.
