The rubbing looks more like what the the point the corner of the sidewall and tread would touch I think.
But a good question I think is does this only happen when turning the wheels, at what angle and both ways, ie can the inside of the drivers side touch when the tyres are at full lock to the left? Or is it just drivers side when turning hard right?
