I'm not dissuading you from a pedicure place rather recommending against it. Here's the thing, a lot of those places carry bacteria and a variety of fungus because a majority do not clean correctly. If you get someone who isn't skilled you can end up with a larger problem on hand (nail/skin infection). Go see a podiatrist and it can be clipped correctly.
